Temporary Delays

Due to an incredible rebound and record number of requests being received, Gemini is experiencing delays throughout our Customer Service and Production departments. We are actively working to decrease our lead times while maintaining the quality and service levels you expect and deserve. In addition to maintaining all our staff through the pandemic, we continue to hire and train new team members and are working overtime to meet demand.

Quote Requests

When placing a quote request, we ask that you allow for 5-7 business days to process each request. To keep this process moving as efficiently as possible, we encourage you to review our Jumpstart Guide to ensure that you include all necessary information.

Order Requests

When turning a quote into an order, please allow for 7-10 business days to process the request. This time includes the layout/proof process. Subsequent proof revisions are taking, on average, one additional day to process. If you do not need a proof, please specify this in your request.

Production lead times will continue to vary depending on product, material, finish, and complexity. We continue to monitor the supply fluctuations of materials so that we can keep you apprised of any changes that may impact you.
