A: Yes! Gemini offers a Lifetime Guarantee
Q: Is my sign still covered under the Gemini Warranty if I move it to a new location?
A: Gemini Warranty only applies if the sign is in the original installation location.
Q: If I provide my own mounting hardware, is my sign still covered under the Gemini Warranty?
A: Unfortunately, No. Gemini cannot guarantee that in-house hardware will be compatible with the ordered products and therefore is not covered by warranty. However, if there is a material defect not related to mounting, that would be covered.
Q: Does Gemini’s Lifetime Guarantee cover letters and logos installed in harsh environments?
