Q: Where can I find warranty information for my product?
A: You can find product-specific warranty details in our Gemini Product Guide. Warranty information is organized by category including, Plastic, Metal, Laminate, Lit Fabricated, Thin Gauge Metal, and Plaques. Each category is further broken down into individual products and helpful articles for easy reference.
Q: Does Gemini’s Lifetime Guarantee cover theft?
A: No, Gemini’s Lifetime Guarantee does not cover damage resulting from theft, vandalism, acts of God, or a product that has been relocated from its original installed location.
Q: What information do I need to include when reporting a product issue?
A: To help us investigate your product issue, please provide as much information as you can about the original order and the issue you’re experiencing. This ideally includes the order number, the reason for the warranty request, and photos that clearly show the damage or defect.
Q: Are all products guaranteed for life?
A: All Gemini products are designed to last a lifetime. We rigorously test all our materials and finishes to deliver products that we know will last.
Gemini’s interior products carry restrictions on installation locations as the topcoats, substrates, and finishes are designed for interior use only. These products do not carry a lifetime warranty if used outdoors:
- Raised Print and Colorlast: Lifetime interior warranty; limited seven (7) year exterior warranty
- Laminate: Lifetime interior warranty only
- Flat Cut PVC: Lifetime interior warranty only
Gemini’s illuminated products carry a lifetime guarantee on the non-electrical components of the letter (i.e. faces, cans, and backs). The electrical components carry a 10-year warranty that applies to both interior and exterior installations.
Q: How do I help my product maintain their appearance over time?
A: All exterior letters will benefit from ongoing maintenance and care. Because materials vary, each product should be cleaned and maintained according to its specific care guidelines. Please see our Cleaning Guides for more information.
If the face of a metal letter or plaque becomes scratched over time, the protective coating can often be refreshed by applying a quality automotive wax according to the product’s directions.
