Q: Does Gemini offer samples?
A: Yes! Gemini offers a wide selection of pre-made standard samples, including letters and finish chips.
Q: How many Standard Samples can I request?
A: You may request a quantity of up to two (2) of each standard sample. If you have a need for more, please contact our Customer Service team.
Q: Can I select a specific color for my sample without getting charged?
A: Yes, Gemini allows for up to two specification edits on our standard samples. Any additional adjustments would be considered a custom sample and would have an associated cost.
Q: How do I request a custom sample?
A: To request a custom sample, submit a quote or order request through the Partner Portal using the Bypass Specifications field. Be sure to note that you’re requesting a custom sample and include any applicable artwork.
Q: Does Gemini offer plaque samples?
A: Yes. Gemini offers both standard plaque samples and premium plaque samples.
Standard samples are available at no cost
Premium samples have an associated cost
