Calendar Contest Rules & Terms
Contest Period
The Gemini calendar contest will start on June 15, 2025, at 12:00 am Central Time, and all entries must be submitted by 11:59 pm Central Time, August 31, 2025. All entrants are responsible for determining the appropriate start and end times in their respective time zones. No entries submitted after the deadline will be considered.
Eligibility
The calendar contest is open to authorized Gemini partners only. This includes any partner who has ordered a Gemini product. Partners may submit multiple photos for consideration. All submitted projects must feature Gemini-made signs or products and be completed from January 1, 2023, to present.
Entry Terms and Conditions
The calendar contest aims to obtain original photographs with captions on Gemini-made projects from Gemini authorized partners to be published in Gemini’s 2026 calendar. There is no fee to enter.
Partners must take the following steps to enter the contest:
- Take or select a previously taken photograph of a Gemini-made sign or sign product, and include a brief description of the Gemini product featured and the scope of work Gemini performed.
- Fill out the online entry form between June 15, 2025, and August 31, 2025.
Note: Original photography is required. Partners must have taken the photo themselves or hired a photographer. Subject of the photo must be a Gemini-made product. If other products are included in the photo, they must be clearly identified as non-Gemini-made products.
Gemini will not be responsible for incomplete, illegible, unviewable, lost, or late entries, all of which will be disqualified. Gemini reserves the right to disqualify any entries by persons determined by Gemini in its sole discretion to be tampering with or abusing any aspect of the calendar contest or determined to be ineligible for any reason. Gemini further reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is alleged to infringe on any third party’s intellectual property or other rights, or that Gemini deems to be, in its sole discretion, obscene, offensive, or otherwise inappropriate for viewing by a general audience.
Photograph Specifications
All images are encouraged to meet the recommended resolution and dimensions outlined below:
- Landscape/horizontal photographs are preferred
- Photos are encouraged to be in high resolution (300 dpi)
- Ensure the sign is readable and visible
- The sign must be in focus
- Lighting should be bright and evenly lit
- Taking multiple shots from different angles is encouraged
By entering the contest, participants grant Gemini the right to use their company name and submitted images for promotional purposes. Partner also agrees that Gemini may crop, resize, or otherwise alter the photograph to fir the media necessary to produce the calendar, at Gemini’s discretion.
Prizes
Winners whose photos are selected to be featured in the 2026 calendar can receive up to 10 printed copies of the calendar.
Selection Process
An internal committee will review submissions and select 12 to 14 winning images to be featured in the 2026 Gemini calendar. Winners will be notified on or around September 8, 2025.

By participating in this contest, you acknowledge and agree to the terms above. Gemini reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not meet these criteria or violates the spirit of the calendar contest.
