A: Gemini offers a variety of payment terms, contact our Account Services department to see how we can partner with you.
Q: If I’m paying with my credit card, will I be charged the entire amount when the order is placed?
A: If you are paying with a credit card, a preauthorization hold will be placed for the entire amount at the time the order is entered. However, your card is not hard charged until the order ships.
Q: Can I pay half upfront and the remainder when my order ships?
A: This may be available on a case-by-case basis, contact our Account Services department to see if your order qualifies.
Q: Can I view my invoices in the Partner Portal?
A: You can view outstanding invoices within the Payment Portal.
