Q: Can I make payments online?
A: Yes! We have an online payment with our Payment Portal.
Q: What payment options does Gemini offer?
A: Gemini offers a variety of payment options, including:
Auto-Pay
Net Terms: Conveniently pay anytime 24/7 through Gemini’s Payment Portal via ACH or credit card with no additional fees. You can view invoices and balances and select from several auto-payment options. An approved credit application is required, and invoices are due in 30 days.
Prepay Terms: The full amount of the order is paid before releasing to production. Payment can be made through Gemini’s Payment Portal via ACH or credit card 24/7.
Credit Card Terms: Credit card information is required when the order is placed and the funds are reserved immediately for the full order amount. Funds are captured the day after shipping.
ACH Payments
Q: If I’m paying with my credit card, will I be charged the entire amount when the order is placed?
A: If you are paying with a credit card, a preauthorization hold will be placed for the entire amount at the time the order is entered. However, your card is not hard charged until the order ships.
Q: Can I pay half upfront and the remainder when my order ships?
A: This may be available on a case-by-case basis, contact our Account Services department to see if your order qualifies.
Q: Can I view my invoices in the Partner Portal?
A: You can view outstanding invoices within the Payment Portal. The service only allows open/unpaid invoices to be viewed at this time. Paid invoices can be requested by contacting account services.
Online Payment Portal:
You can make payments or review your current invoices by accessing the Payment Portal through the Partner Portal.
