Q: How long does it take to process a partner application?
A: Applications to become a Gemini Authorized Reseller generally take about 3 days to complete. Sometimes we require additional information beyond the application to process a request. Please check your email and junk mail to ensure you receive our email communications regarding your application. Q: Can I order Gemini products without becoming a partner?
A: Gemini products are available exclusively through our authorized partners. If you are not in the signage industry but need a sign, you can find an authorized Gemini Partner on our website.

A: Yes, you do need to be in the signage industry to apply.
Q: Will I be notified if my application is approved or denied?
A: Yes, our Partner Support team will reach out to you once they have reviewed your application.
Q: How do I get listed on the Where to Buy page?
A: Gemini’s Where to Buy webpage is a benefit to our active partners who purchase at least $500 worth of products in a 12-month period. New partners have a 12-month grace period from when they are accepted to when they need to purchase $500 worth of signage. If your application is accepted, you will receive instructions via email on how to list your location. Make sure to opt-in to Gemini emails to ensure you receive helpful onboarding information. Check your listing annually to ensure it is up to date with current contact information.
Q: How do I gain access to the Partner Portal after approval?
A: Once your application is approved and you’re given you’re Partner ID. Please refer to the ‘How to Request Access to Partner Portal’ article in the Gemini Product Guide for step‑by‑step instructions.

A: Our manufacturing facilities are strategically located across North America. Our wide geographic footprint allows us to provide consistent service to our partners.
