Q: Where can I find warranty information for my product?
A: You can find product-specific warranty details in our Gemini Product Guide. Warranty information is organized by category including, Plastic, Metal, Laminate, Lit Fabricated, Thin Gauge Metal, and Plaques. Each category is further broken down into individual products and helpful articles for easy reference.
Q: Does Gemini’s Lifetime Guarantee cover letters and logos installed in harsh environments?
A: Yes, please see our Harsh Environments article found in the Gemini Product Guide to learn more about best materials for your environment.
Q: What information do I need to submit a warranty request?
A: To help us process your warranty request as quickly as possible, please provide as much information as you can about the original order and the issue you’re experiencing. This ideally includes the order number, the reason for the warranty request, and photos that clearly show the damage or defect.
Q: Does using my own mounting hardware void the warranty?
A: Yes. Using mounting hardware that is not supplied by Gemini will void the warranty. To ensure your product is properly supported and remains covered, we recommend using the mounting hardware provided with your order. Please see our Mounting Methods article for mounting options.
Q: Is my sign covered under the Gemini Warranty if I move it to a new location?
A: No. The Gemini Warranty applies only when the sign remains installed at its original installation location. Moving the sign to a new location will void the warranty.
