Q: Does Gemini’s Lifetime Guarantee cover letters and logos installed in harsh environments?

A: Yes, please see our Harsh Environments article found in the Gemini Product Guide to learn more about best materials for your environment.  

Q: Is my sign covered under the Gemini Warranty if I move it to a new location?

A: Gemini Warranty only applies if the sign is in the original installation location.  

Q: If I use my own mounting hardware, does that void the warranty?

A: Yes. Gemini cannot guarantee that in-house hardware will be compatible with the ordered products and therefore is not covered by warranty. However, if there is a material defect not related to mounting, that would be covered. 

Q: What do I need to submit a warranty request?

A: As much information about the original order as possible and why you are requesting a warranty. Ideally, order number, reason for the warranty, and photos of the damage.
