A: No, Gemini does not offer any kind of installation services.
Q: Does Gemini offer rush services for an additional cost?
A: No, Gemini does not offer any kind of rush service for the order prep or production process. If you have an in-hand date, please note the date on your order request and we will do our best to help you meet it.
Q: Can I submit my order and receive my art proof with TBD options?
A: To process your order request and move it to the layouts department, we cannot have any unspecified options. Depth, mounting, Vector Artwork, and color are all required for our Sales Team to enter your order. Having all specifications listed prior to order entry is an important step to ensure timely production and an accurate product.
Q: How long does production take?
A: Lead times are dependent on the product and demand. Please see our Order Lead Times for more information.
Q: How do I get a quote?
A: The best way to get a quote is to submit it to the Partner Portal. In many cases, you can get pricing instantly by entering the quote details yourself. Or you can bypass entering specifications, and a Gemini Rep will quote it for you!
Q: If a Gemini Rep is quoting me, how long will it take to get my quote?
A: We do our best to get quotes back to you in 1-2 business days; however, turnaround time varies based on demand.
Q: How long is my quote valid?
A: You Gemini quote is valid for 30 days from the day it was quoted.
