Q: When will my order ship?

A: We are only able to provide approximate lead times until your order is in production. Once your order is at the plant, an estimated shipping date will be available on the Partner Portal.

Q: Does Gemini offer rush services for additional cost?

A: No, Gemini does not offer any kind of rush service for the order prep or production process. If you have an in-hand date, please note the date on your order request and we will do our best to help you meet it.
