Q: How long will it take for my order to be completed?

Q: Does Gemini offer rush services for an additional cost?
A: No, Gemini does not offer rush services for order preparation or production. If you have a required in-hand date, please include it on your order request. While we cannot guarantee accelerated production, we will do our best to help you meet your timeline.
Q: Can I submit my order and receive an art proof with a TBD paint color?
A: No. To process your order request and move it to the layouts department, all specifications must be finalized. Depth, mounting, vector artwork, and paint color are required for order entry. Providing complete specifications upfront helps ensure timely production and an accurate final product.
Q: How do I get a quote?
A: The best way to get a quote is through the Partner Portal. In many cases, you can receive instant pricing by entering the quote details yourself. If you prefer, you can also submit a request without specifications and have a Gemini Representative prepare the quote for you.
Q: If a Gemini Representative is preparing my quote, how long will it take?
A: Quote turnaround is typically 1–2 business days, though timing may vary depending on current demand.
Q: Can I make changes after my order is submitted?
A: In some cases, yes. Changes requested after art proof approval may result in additional labor or material costs. To avoid delays or added charges, we recommend submitting any changes before approving the art for production.
Q: What file types are accepted for vector artwork?

Q: How long is my quote valid?
A: Quotes are valid for the duration of the current catalog year. Please note that taxes and surcharges are subject to change with prior notice.
