Q: What depth would my custom Cast Metal and custom Formed Plastic sign be?
A: The standard depths for Cast Metal & Formed Plastic can be found in the Gemini Product Guide. Custom depths are available depending on the artwork and size of the sign. Contact us for producibility.
Q: Is Gemini’s Double-Sided Tape rated for exterior use?
A: No, Double Face Tape is only rated for interior use. We recommend applying it to a smooth, dry, and clean wall.
Q: How do I clean my sign?
A: To clean your signs, use a soft cloth, rag, or sponge and warm, soapy water. Dry with a soft rag or cloth. We recommend using gentle, liquid dish soap. Always carefully wipe letters, logos, and plaques in the same direction as the grain.
Q: Can Gemini use CMYK colors for my paint selection?
A: Unfortunately, no. We cannot obtain paint formulas from CMYK, RGB, or HEX Codes, Embedded Files, or percentages from another color. You can select a Gemini Standard Color or a Custom Paint Color.
