A: Yes! Gemini offers a wide selection of premade standard samples, including letters and finish chips.
Q: Can I select a specific color for my sample without getting charged?
A: Yes, Gemini allows for up to two specification edits on our standard samples. Any additional adjustments would be considered a custom sample and would have an associated cost.
Q: Does Gemini offer illuminated samples?
A: Yes! Gemini offers a selection of premium samples that include a variety of illuminated samples. All premium samples have an associated cost, please contact us to inquire about pricing and availability.
Q: Does Gemini offer plaque samples?
A: Yes! Gemini offers premade standard samples as well as premium plaque samples. Standard samples have no cost, while all premium samples have an associated cost. Please contact us to inquire about pricing and availability.
Q: How do I get a custom sample?
A: To get a custom sample, you can get a quote or order by using the bypass specifications field in your partner portal request. Just add a note you are looking for a custom sample and provide any applicable artwork!
