Order Status and Shipping FAQs:

Q: Can I ship my order directly to my customer without Gemini branding?

A: Yes! We offer drop‑shipping options, including ‘Blind Shipping’, which means your order will ship without any Gemini branding or markings.

Q: Can I change the shipping address after my order has shipped?

A: It depends. In some cases, we may be able to request a shipment redirect through the carrier. Please note that carrier redirects are subject to availability and may result in additional charges. 

Q: Can I get expedited shipping?

A:  Expedited shipping may be available on a case‑by‑case basis. Pricing, transit time, and availability depend on the product type, size, origin, and destination.

Q: How will my order be delivered?

A: Most orders ship via UPS Ground, unless the product is oversized or an alternative shipping method is specified.

Q: Will my order ship oversized?

A: Most Gemini products ship oversized if any single dimension exceeds 30 inches. For more details, please refer to the Oversized Packaging article in the Gemini Product Guide.

Q: When will I receive tracking information?

A: You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped.

Q: Do orders ship on weekends or holidays?

A: Unfortunately, they do not, orders will only ship on working days.

Q: What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
