Order Status and Shipping Frequently Asked Questions:
Q: Can Gemini ship my order directly to my customer with no Gemini labels?
A: Yes, we offer drop shipping options as well as ‘Blind Shipping’, meaning your order will ship without Gemini markings.
Q: Can I change the shipping address once my order has already been shipped?
A: It depends, in some cases we may be able to request a redirect through the carrier; however, this does have an additional charge associated.
Q: Can I get expedited shipping?
A: We can offer expedited shipping on a case-by-case basis. Price, speed, and availability depend on product type, size, where it is shipping from, and/or where it is shipping to.
Q: How will my order be delivered?
A: Most Deliveries will ship via UPS ground unless oversized or otherwise specified.
Q: Will my order ship oversized?
A: Most Gemini products will ship oversized if any one dimension is greater than 30”. For more information see the Oversized Packaging article in the Gemini Product Guide.
