Two important ways we show that commitment in action are through our annual scholarship program and the Fredrick M & Siri J Oss Family Foundation Scholarship, both of which help students pursue higher education while investing in the workforce and communities of the future.
Offered exclusively to students of Gemini team members, the annual scholarship program was proud to award each of seven students in the U.S. and Canada $4,000 scholarships for the 2026–2027 academic year. These students are pursuing fields that have real-world impact, from healthcare and business to engineering, aviation, and community planning. Gemini is proud to support their next step and recognize the potential they bring to the future.

This same outlook shapes the way Gemini approaches relationships across our communities and networks. Frederick M & Siri J Oss Family Foundation has invested in the next generations pursuit of STEM education. Eligible students in the U.S. or Canada are invited to apply for a scholarship of $100,000 to enable their upcoming education.
Grady Meyers, the winning recipient of the 2026-2027 Frederick M & Siri J Oss Family Foundation Scholarship shared, “I am amazed by your generosity and honored to be the recipient of such a prestigious award!” Grady is headed to Iowa State University where he’ll pursue a degree in civil engineering.

What is the Frederick M. & Siri J Oss Family Foundation?
The Frederick M. & Siri J. Oss Family Foundation is a merit-based scholarship program that supports outstanding students pursuing engineering, physics, chemistry, and other STEM-related degrees. Funded by the family owners of Gemini Inc., the scholarship can provide up to $100,000 toward undergraduate education for qualifying students. The Foundation’s mission is to create educational opportunities, strengthen communities, and help future innovators achieve their goals.
