Scott brings nearly three decades of experience in the sign and graphics industry, with a strong background in sales leadership, strategic customer relationships, and business development across North America.
Scott began his career in the signage industry in 1997 with AkzoNobel Coatings as Sign Account Manager for the Southeast Region. He later joined Sheffield Plastics in 2003, serving as Southeast Regional Territory Manager for the industrial and signage markets. Most recently, Scott served as National Sales Manager – Sign & Graphics at PLASKOLITE, where he played an important role in supporting sign manufacturers and industry partners through material solutions, product innovation, and market development.
Beyond his professional experience, Scott is actively engaged in the broader signage community and currently serves on the Board of Directors of the International Sign Association (ISA). His longstanding industry involvement provides valuable insight into the evolving opportunities and challenges facing sign manufacturers throughout North America.
In this role, Scott will focus on developing strategic partnerships with leading signage companies, identifying new growth opportunities, and expanding Gemini's role as a trusted manufacturing partner for complex and large-scale signage programs.
His appointment supports Gemini's continued investment in customer partnerships, specialized manufacturing capabilities, and solutions that help signage companies expand their capabilities and deliver successful programs.
Scott holds a bachelor's degree in Business, with a focus on Accounting and Marketing, from Georgia College & State University.
Outside of his professional commitments, Scott enjoys golf, wake surfing, DIY projects, and spending time with family and friends. He and his wife, Shannon, have been married for 34 years and have three sons, Barrett, Parker, and Riley, a daughter-in-law, McKenna, and two dogs, Lottie and Dooley.
